* NO SHOW: if you fail to show for your booking, unfortunately, you will lose the £10 deposit
* CANCELLATION: if you need to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your booking, please ensure you let us know more than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Otherwise, you may lose your deposit.
* REDEEM: Cancel more than 24 hours before your booking time to receive a full refund at the salon. Or you could use the deposit towards your next appointment with us.
COVID-19: During the COVID-19 pandemic we have made changes to our business practices to reduce the spread of the virus. We have increased all cleaning to ensure all surfaces are sanitized before customers make contact. Please follow our social distancing guidelines to reduce the risks of spreading the virus.
-Please Book in advance via our online booking form or Landline 01684 368160.
-Please arrive on time for your appointment no earlier or later.
-Maximum of 2 people at any given time.
-Please use the Sanitiser provided when you arrive and when you leave.
-Avoid touching products or surfaces where possible.
-If you currently experience any of these conditions we may not able to provide you with our service and advise that you report to your health care provider. Coughing, Fever, Chills, Muscle Pain, Headache, Sore throat, Difficulty Breathing, New loss of taste or smell.
-Please consult us if you need to use the toilet as we cannot guarantee these facilities will be available.
-Please do not bring food or drink with you and try to limit baggage to essentials to reduce possible surfaces for the virus to spread.
-Avoid cash payment, as we have contactless card payment options available.
-Please wear a face mask when you arrive.
